Expo 2012 tear down

Drove 900 miles back to expo from Cambridge to participate in the last five days, when most everyone else had already left in time to avoid the final washing up and carry down.

You have to walk around these cows often occupy the path up to the top camp. It can be very inconvenient when the ground is steeper.

Clearing up the top camp involves taking out all the indoor plumbing without the use of step ladders.

Then it rained solidly for a day and we had to take down the bier tent with all its knackered tarps in the rain.

The final stage is the removal of the shelter on the side of the potato hut, leaving the campsite field devoid of cavers for the next 11 months of the year.
